With over 30 years experience in the IT industry as a Programmer, Analyst Programmer, Analyst, Project Leader, Project Manager, Technical Consultant, Systems Integration Architect, it was a natural progression for Brett Robertson to establish and manage his own ICT Company.

Widely consulted by many of his colleagues, Brett has vast experience in completing systems integrations for a number of different customers on different systems as well as architectures using varied tools and utilities.

He also has significant experience in system design, development, implementation and customization on a variety of different platforms; designing and creating data marts and warehouses for Business Intelligence (BI) applications, as well as an in-depth knowledge of both Oracle and MS SQL databases.

In the last two years, Tilda Technologies has focused on using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) as the framework for all major back end developments with various front ends from Windows Silverlight and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) through to Apple Iphone, Ipad and Galaxy S3 and Tablet. With this approach, Brett continues to look forward to creating ‘excellence through innovation’.

“I feel like I’m at home. Actually I grew up here; while at Tilda Technologies, I got my driver’s license and obtained my Microsoft Certified Professional Developer certification.”

In 2006, Pleasure Skosana took up his internship with Tilda Technologies and 6 months later was offered a permanent position as a Junior Software Developer.

Over the next 3 years, Pleasure showed his own inventiveness by initiating and developing the TimeWhizz software app that captures and manages the professional consulting process; from timesheets to invoices and reports and, in so doing he obtained the position of Senior Software Developer by 2009.

At this time, Pleasure acquired his car license as well as his MCPD and in answer to his 7 years of loyalty, enthusiasm and drive within the company, Pleasure Skosana was rewarded with the position he holds today of Software Director. Currently as a Senior Microsoft Certified Professional Developer for 5+ years, Pleasure has recently achieved certification in Project Management at CTU through a Tildatech study grant.

Since he can remember, Richard Schoeman has always been a self-confessed ‘IT Geek’ whose passion for all things PC compelled him to use his own initiative at high school to learn Visual Studio 6. Upon matriculating, Richard eagerly moved into college-life at Damlin, where he excelled in programming.

His first job was selling computers and printers where his calm attitude and steady persuasion soon lead him into an IT support position within a callcentre for the UK company in South Africa, Talk-talk Broadband. He then joined Tilda Technologies in 2007 as a junior engineer and since then has consistently and persistently worked his way up into the position of Senior Software Developer.

Richard is officially responsible for the development, installation and management of Tildatech’s Weighgate Pro 7.0 software, which is a weighbridge system targeted at bulk goods receiving and delivery for the mining, manufacturing and logistics industries and as a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer for 5+ years, he is currently also involved in developing Tildatech’s StoreCard Mobile App for tablet and phones.
